Payment & deliveries

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

If you discover any errors, please contact immediately with your order number included in the e-mail. Your order will be processed immediately after you place your order and thus we can not cancel, modify or add products.

All pre-order sales are final, once you placed your order we cannot cancel it.

You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards. With payment by credit or debit cards, Paypal manages all of our banking transactions. Little Peep does not handle any credit card numbers.

Payment by card
Pay with your credit /debit card securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Paypal with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Little Peep may automatically cancel your order.

Should you regret your purchase after your order has been packed and shipped, you are still required to pick up your package from the pickup point and return it back to us.

If the package is not collected, your shipment will automatically be marked as “Not collected” and you will be charged the above fee.

As a customer at, you always have a 14 day right of return after you have received a product. The right of withdrawal is valid for unbroken packaging.

Contact us at with your order number and use the return goods notice. Right of withdrawal is not valid for products close to expiry or products on sale. The customer takes responsibility and pays for costs associated with the return shipping. Products are to be sent back in their original packaging, as well as their original state and quality.

If your order has been sent without shipping you will be charged the actual shipping costs. Contact for more information.

If the package is damaged on delivery you shall immediately claim it for damages at your pickup point. If there is something wrong with your product(s) we ask you to reach out to us within 5 days after receiving your order.

When receiving an incomplete order please contact with pictures on what you have received. – We ask you to save the packaging and packing list until case solved.

Our team will handle your claim as soon as possible. If the claim is approved and settled, we will either rectify the problem when possible or you will receive a new item.

Please note that since we are using the TPE material, discoloration may occur. Discoloration is therefore not a valid claim.

If you have received the incorrect product, please reach out to us within 5 days after receiving your order. Please contact and be as specific as possible. Always include your order number.

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or on already discounted items. (Exceptions may apply during promotions).

The expiration date of all campaigns is decided and communicated by Twistshake. Twistshake holds the right of excluding the selected collections/products from any discount campaigns.
